Karate at Rossinca School
Since 2021, Rossinca has been successfully partnering with United Bay Area Karate Club to offer Goju-Ryu Karate classes. These classes are held twice a week for different age groups: 5-6 years old, 7-10 years old, and older students.
What is Goju-Ryu Karate?
Goju-Ryu Karate is a traditional martial art that emphasizes efficient body mechanics and breath control, enhancing both physical and mental discipline. Through kata (prearranged forms), kumite (sparring), and self-defense techniques, students develop strength, flexibility, and self-awareness. This holistic approach fosters self-defense skills, improves fitness, and promotes personal growth by harmonizing mind and body.

Karate at Rossinca is designed for all skill levels, making it accessible even to complete beginners. Our experienced instructors provide step-by-step guidance, ensuring that students feel comfortable and supported throughout their journey. The focus is on technique and safety, creating a welcoming environment where every participant can progress at their own pace and enjoy a positive learning experience.
